We are currently waiting on the Association to issue more of the draw before we assign more teams for duty.
We try to match duty with when your team is playing at Stephens Park.
We suggest 1.5 hour shifts to cover the morning games draw only.
You will need 2 on the canteen and 2 on the BBQ when it is busy and usually one in each will work later when there are fewer games on –but check the draw on website.
The first shift needs to get the BBQ going half an hour before the first game and those at the end need to clean up and pack away the BBQ.
RESPONSIBILITY
1. Your team is responsible for this duty and if a problem you need to organize with another team to swap with.
2. You need to confirm your team’s acceptance of duty or any swaps to Chris on mobile 0439 790 114
