28August How to Dominate Possession

When Manchester United were beaten 5-4 by Chelsea in the cup earlier this season, Sir Alex Ferguson didn’t have to be told where the game had been lost. Leading 3-2 in the dying seconds of normal time, it was United’s inability to keep hold of the ball that cost his side the match. “We gave the ball away for the third goal having been in complete control,” he said afterwards. “All we needed to do was see the game out with good possession.”

They had to look for a temporary home for 2014 as, in the absence of a first grade side, Bowral were unable to register lower grade sides.  Plans are afoot to remedy that situation for 2015.
